balconies railings not working

Hi bohemia stuff.
as i know balconies railing are supposed to block you from falling down, in the infantry showcase i noticed this is not happening

obviously you have to go on a balcony and try walking at he boards

tried this bug in every save with every balcony. hope you solve it as soon as possible, bye for now!

Counts for any railings, i have encountered this in small staircase railings that lead into an apartement building.
