You can't enter cars when some of there parts are destroyed. For example if all 4 wheels of a Hunter GMG are destroyed you can't get in the gunner seat or any other seat of the vehicle. You can still access the gear option of it. The same happens if you destroy the engine. I tried this with Hunter, Offroad and Ifrit.
