I also have this same problem, updated all my drivers and still this happens. The sound and in-game activity continues but after a black screen you are taken to the desktop with no cursor and the only way to shut it down is use control panel.

The game crashes too when i open the inventory of the enemy team and idk if the weapon what I take the cause is :/

My game also freezes after a few minutes of gameplay, but I can recover it if I alt tab and try to tab back in several times. Using task manager to switch tasks helps too. No idea why

We need dxdiag and files from this folder to solve your problem. C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3 Alpha\

I already attached this files but without dxdiag. I don't know how to create this file or where i it find. With the tutorial too idk :/

I've uploaded my dxdiag and Arma3 user files. I'm running the development build of arma 3 non-lite but the crash is reproducible in the standard build. Hope you can fix this

I know for a fact the game continues in my absence as I was hosting an mp game and my friends continued to play while I had been reduced to desktop
