When team switching after dying, only environmental sounds are heard

Description

After a grisly death at the hands of the AI, I team switch to another unit, only to find that all I can hear is ambient environmental sound. No weapons, either my own or other units can be heard.

Mission was a large firefight in Agia Marina. I was playing as Blue. All switchable units were medics.

This is an issue.
All audio ceases to play after a team switch, save for the ambient background noise (ie. crickets and forest sounds).
