Must be something wrong with your view key assignments or something because this works like a charm for me. With our without TrackIR5.

Not trying to be mean, but I down voted because "Helicopter not working" is not an accurate title for this. The Helio is working just fine according to your issue.

And as ElHadji said, the view controls can counter this just fine. If they aren't working for you, you might want to provide more information.
