Description

While swimming underwater (on your back) backwards toward land if you reach the point in which you should transition to walking on land while on your back you will be come stuck. By moving around a bit you can free yourself.

Swim backwards ("S" Key) toward land in shallow enough water to transition directly from diving/swimming underwater to walking.

I have had more luck reproducing this while in the SCUBA mission (ie: in the diving gear)
