Impossible for explosives diver to lay charges on boats at sea

Description

The area provided for divers to lay explosive charges on speed boats and assault boats is too small. Laying of charges is confined to a small area at the front of teh vessel that can only be accessed from the shore. Divers should not have to leave the water to lay the charge.

Place an Assualt boat and a Speed boat along the shore line, another pair in deeper water. 1 diver (explosives expert) as player and see what it takes to blow up a boat.
