Next target and Next empty Target appear in menu twice

Description

Under controls > weapons, Next target and Next empty target appear twice. I'm not sure if this is due to my modifying controls, but I tried resetting all the presets and it's still listed twice.

The second one is for vehicles.

Issue was looked into and fixed/tweaked as designed.
