I died falling down a rock at the coastline while playing the multiplayer scenario where you have to get off the island.

Respawn was on and after the defined time i respawned - inside the cliff.
I couldnt move out of the rocks - only after i clicked on "respawn" in the game menu my dead body "popped out"

The second respawn i spawned with my teammates and could continue.
