Own uniform disappears when attempt to take enemy uniform fails.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In playing Escape for Stratis, I tried to steal the uniform of a downed OpFor soldier. It shows that it can be equipped but nothing happens when I right click. I tried dragging the uniform into my empty slot and nothing happens. But once I unequip my uniform and try to equip the OpFor, both are deleted.

Just tested, agreed!

When tried to replicate also lost all gear

Cross-faction uniforms are forbidden - while it's also prohibited by the geneva conventions, the main reason is that it's practically impossible to balance the point at which AI would figure you out.

That said, under no circumstances should the uniforms actually be destroyed, or as in a case I tried (taking civilian clothes) duplicating mine.

It's not a matter of geneva convention, the problem in the first place was the fact that they couldn't figure out how to allow the AI to distinguish friend from foe via camo.

It's likely a bug of a feature that hasnt been implemented.

I cannot equip the enemy's clothes, but I do not lose any of my stuff.

This was fixed in one of the dev builds.
