Mouse cursor out of place

Description

I can see the cursor of my mouse but i can't use it. To be clear, the image of the cursor is not aligned with the actual "pixel" used to clik.

I'm not affected by it when i'm in game, only happens in menu and editor.

Steps To Reproduce

my screen default resolution is 1680x1060

1.Change the screen resolution (i changed it to 800x600, 4:3)
2.I play the game
3.I quit the game
4.I launch the game
5.Cursor problem

Now if i change the resolution and quit without playing, when i boot the game again, there's not a single problem.
