If you go into the ATC in Stratis, from the inside, you'll notice that it appears to show jagged edges on the top reflecting from the sun, as if the glass were broken, while also showing normal glass.

Also, the glass does not break it seems.

The time I had in the editor was 14:15 Friday July 6th. I tested this bug again at around 07:35 in the editor, on the same day, and got no reflection like that, so I'm assuming it's time specific depending on where the sun is. In this bug report I uploaded a screenshot of the 07:35 test.
