Can't change keyboard layout

Description

It is not possible to change keyboard layout in game. I am using Win+Space keyboard shortcut. Didn't try other combinations yet.

Languages: English (US), Russian.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Arma 3 and try changing keyboard layout.

Additional Information

Keyboard layout can be changed using Steam overlay. Just open it, change layout, and close.

Gentlecat set Category to Ingame UI.

Gentlecat set Reproducibility to Always.

Gentlecat set Severity to Tweak.

Gentlecat set Resolution to Suspended.

Keyboard in Windows 7 / D / x64 Pro is set to DE Swiss German but Ingame it just stays the same.

We were not able to reproduce this bug.

Please let us know if you are still able to reproduce this issue in latest developement build.

Yep, same issue in latest dev build. Can't change my keyboard layout using Win+Space shortcut.

Win+space doesn't work ingame, because in Win8, it brings up graphical interface.

To change keyboard layout ingame, try using Alt + Shift shortcut.
