Steps To Reproduce
- Open editor
- Place a player unit (BLUFOR > Men > Rifleman)
- Set time to 20:55
- Preview
- Shoot the weapon
- Observe that the muzzle flash is dim and doesn't generate much light

I was expecting the muzzle flashes to generate a bit more light in these near-dark conditions. The flash correctly increases in intensity during the night and decreases to the "small flash" variant during the day.
The issue is also sometimes apparent at "dim lighting" conditions, like heavy overcast. But I was not able to reliably reproduce this.

As of 0.57.105125 this seems to be fixed. Muzzle flashes are bright and cast light in all conditions.
