What strikes me as negative.

1 Squad Leader need the Rights to kick out ppl of the squad. Some guy join my group, 0 communication, hes somewhere, i need that slot for a guy who Talks/write

2 Only squad leaders and the commander should be allowed to use the platoon frequency. Everyone's talking nonsense, and I don't understand anything anymore. There's more talking now than ever before—but when 48 people fill the entire platoon channel with chatter, my head explodes.
