Issue Description:
The Detach magazine action available during weapon inspection has several instabilities:
(1) When interrupted, the action gets broken and it's no longer possible to detach the magazine.
(2) Magazine gets dropped on the floor in MP, even if the character's inventory would have space for storing it. Additionally, the dropped magazine is bugged and cannot be picked up.
(1a) Inspect your weapon (hold R)
(1b) Perform Detach action visible on the magazine.
(1c) Perform jump (hit Space) immediately to interrupt the action.
(1d) Inspect your weapon again and notice that Detach action is no longer visible.
(2a) Play MpTest.ent in workbench with one peer client.
(2b) Make sure the peer client is not an automatic rifleman or machine gunner, otherwise respawn or log in and force-replace the player's character with a rifleman via game master.
(2c) Inspect the weapon on the peer client and perform Detach
(2d) Observe change in magazine count when the action is completed (it will temporarily go up and then down again)
(2e) Check the floor for the magazine that got dropped and try to pick it up.
