Issue Description:

Hi all,
I would like to request a feature for the Arsenal weapons in-game.

I have found in-game that when I want to have multiple items, I find myself moving my mouse back and forth a lot, especially if it's a lot, ie 250 mines for example.

I want to have a feature where you can adjust the amount of that one item you want, like when you're dragging supplies from your vehicle to a supply point.
This would make the game much more enjoyable and less tedious like wise for ammo too. Say, if I know I want 15 mags on my character, I should be able to do a quick action with a slider and choose that amount without having to press one button multiple times. I would want this kind of system for vehicles and characters.
