Issue Description:

Hi all,
I would like to request a feature for the Arma Reforger workshop on the web and in-game.

I want to request a filter feature (tag) for searching by creator for web and in-game, and by game version for the web-only workshop.

For example, if you were to add the creator's name to the tag, like Red Hammer Studios, it should show all mods by this creator. The mods on the web appear to show all mods, even the ones that are out of date (old game version). I want to be able to search by game version on the web to prevent confusion. It would also make searching a lot easier for players to find mods for the correct game version.
