Swapping a weapon with one the ground makes my weapons spawn inside a wall or couch.

This has happened twice today on official server 4280. Before and after the server reboot. IP 31.214.158.151:10800

My weapon gets stuck in some environmental thing. some parts are sticking out, but I cant interact with it. Now I lost my weapon...
