Hacker killing players, spawning base fences to lag the server.

Hacker can shoot grenades across the map and kill players without even looking at them. He looks into the air and shoots the grenades in places they could never naturally land. Then I talk to him and he knows my Steam profile name even though I never told him. Server is unplayable with this person on. There's no way for me to know which player account this is or report him. Maybe there should be a way to see a player list on the server so we can report obvious hackers.
