Issue Description:
I have an issue where my mic will not work in game and require a complete restart of my PC for the chance of it to work. We use a lobby system and most of the time my mic will work in the lobby but as soon as I enter into game it fails to transmit. This is happening locally in VoIP and on the radio, nobody is able to hear me. Sometimes, it also cuts out in the lobby. Recently, this has been happening every single time I try to play multiple times a session.

Things I've tried:
Ensuring my mic is the "default" option in windows/steam (It is the only device that shows up in windows)
