It's not that the item is lost — I had the weapon on me when I logged out, and now when I open the game, it's simply gone. And the buried box disappeared because the game has bugs.

The other day, for example, my pants didn't show up and I had to restart the game because of a glitch.

So I ask: what's the point of having a bug reporting system if the response is just that lost items won’t be reimbursed, even when they’re clearly lost due to a bug?

This is really frustrating, and it puts me in a vulnerable position until I can find another weapon.

At the very least, I think you should look into what I'm saying instead of replying with something as dismissive as what I just received.

We will ofcourse investigate the issue. As detailed information as possible what led to these items disappearing would help us tremendously in reproducing the issue and possibly fixing it. Right now we do not have much go to on unfortunately.
As far as we know simply logging out does not produce this issue. We are also currently not aware of burried crates despawning prematurely. (Please keep in mind that the box could also have been found by someone using malicious third party software - which is something that BattlEye anticheat deals with).

The box disappeared immediately after I buried it, and that’s clearly a bug. I chose the option to bury it, and afterwards there was no way to dig it up — it simply vanished.

As for the weapon, I honestly don’t know what happened. I logged out yesterday with the KA-47 on me, and today I logged back in and it was gone.

Please tell me what specific data or information you need from me in order to investigate the issue more thoroughly. I'm willing to help however I can.

Can you please send us exact location of where you tried to bury the stash so we can try it there?

Also there is a known bug with dirt stashes appearing on top of structures if buried inside. Could that possibly be the case? Can you check the barn roof?
