Workbench doesn't always save everything when you publish. It saves most things but it usually clears the contributors tab.

I added the emails and published and then when I pushed an update it was cleared.

Another side note: When you have more than one mod loaded and you publish one it messes up the description and other stuff it's like it's grabbing it from the other mod that is loaded but not the one your publishing.
