I found a field mushroom and the item has two tags attributed to it. The game says that the item's condition is damaged, but it also has the tags 'dried' and 'damp'. This seems like a contradiction to me, its not really a bug, just something that you might want to change.

Dried mushroom can still get damp if contracting water.
