When going out to the ship wreck on the far west on Sahkal which spawns the keys to open the military crates, there are no keys to be found because they have all spawned in the water on the stairs directly when you walk into the ship. It is impossible to loot them and therefore it is almost impossible to get into the crates if u get lucky and find 1 blue key. In my 4 trips to the shipwreck, I have found 1 actually lootable yellow key and 1 blue key. I have come across this bug on multiple servers and it has been in the game since at least 1.27.
