Issue Description:
Objective markers in Confict are sized and offset without taking larger resolutions in mind, making it very hard to hover over and select base markers. Sometimes you end up with bases that are impossible to select with objective marker taking priority.

Here are screenshots comparing 1920x1440 and 3840x2160 markers when such case occured:

As you can see my cursor is unable to select Chotain/SHUKA and objective marker is always selected without a way to select base marker:

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Launch Confict game with 4k resolution in video settings
  2. Observe how large markers are
  3. Observe how objective markers make it hard to select base markers
  4. Sometimes randomly you might end up with objective markers obstructing base marker selection completely
