Get aggro while bear is stuck, and move around it until you randomly die.

I attacked a bear in order to kill it, I baited it over to a barn building(non-stairs) and it launched itself up onto the roof. I wasn't concerned with the roof part so much but when I went to shoot at it, it killed me while facing a different direction.

If this is from a gunshot? I couldn't tell you because there was no sound and it doesn't say what you died from.
