Issue Description:
Due to recent actions of Roskomnadzor (RKN) communications regulation state agency, some parts of Reforger online infrastructure can be no longer accessed from Russia as they appear to be blocked by IP. This has the effects:
- Mods can be no longer downloaded, after about 1-2 minutes timeout, game shows popup window with the message about inability to download the requested mod.
- Mod thumbnails/preview images are not displayed, endless loading circle animation appears instead.
- Strangely, BattlEye seems to be affected too - it fails to update itself on game launch due to connectivity issues.
Players use various techniques - network packet diverting software or restrictions bypassing proxy servers with limited success, and it cements the conclusion that inability to download the mods for the game is tied to statewide internet restrictions. I don't think RKN has any complaints about Bohemia Interactive or its products, so it's likely a collateral damage due to IP address/CDN sharing or somehow tied to Cloudflare (there is ongoing struggle between RKN and Cloudflare), so this probably could be resolved with creating some mirror for CDN or something like that.
