At around 20:00 MDT (GMT-6) on 5107 1PP Livonia server, I was shot in the leg from an extremely far distance and my leg was broken. I woke up and I was completely stripped. The cheater was invisible and in the sky and ended up throwing my loot back down to me. He then killed me after an argument. He did not identify himself. I later came back to the same spot and put my hands up to try to talk to him. We ended up having a conversation and he stated that I was on the global "blacklist" of these cheaters, which explains why often times I am approached by someone who already knows my in-game name which is "Negan" and killed by cheaters. He ended up spawning in a boat right there, let me get in the boat, and teleported the boat (and me) to the bunker, where he killed someone who he claimed was also cheating. He explained to me about the blacklist and how he tries to find cheaters on official servers and blacklist them so he knows who to kill. I have a video of our conversation at the bunker.
