Issue Description:
the mod workshop will not load, it doesn't matter how long I leave this loading, it will never load. i have to back out of the workshop about 10–15 times before it will work. The only way for me to download mods on a consistent basis is to put them on a server and try to join. Make arma not war tab almost always loads.
