Issue Description:

Our dedicated server running the default Everon mission (no mods, 100% vanilla) crashed unexpectedly with RplSchedulerError and a NULL pointer exception.

The crash occurred during normal gameplay. No custom scripts or workshop content are in use. Error messages in the logs suggest an internal problem with resource management or RPL task scheduling.
