Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Issue Description:
When using scopes and binoculars objects remain invisible while their size on screen is greater than the minimum required to make them visible when not using scopes,
it may also be the case that changing the FOV in the settings causes the same problem, however I haven't bothered testing that, the issue with binoculars is very stupid however as it results in lower framerate higher graphical fidelity when running around in the world and lower graphical fidelity higher framerate when standing still and observing which is exactly the opposite of what one should want.
