Arma Reforger crashes before config folder is created – Mic not detected

Description

Arma Reforger crashes immediately after launch. It does not create the usual config folder in AppData\Local\ArmaReforger, and VOIP/microphone features never initialize.

My microphone (Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones) works in all other games and shows up correctly in Windows and Steam. I’ve verified game files, tried diagnostic launch, cleared CrashDumps, and run Steam as admin.

BattlEye prevents running the .exe directly as admin, so I cannot bypass it.

I’ve attached .dmp crash files from AppData\Local\CrashDumps. Please advise or investigate.

Steps To Reproduce

Launch Arma Reforger from Steam
Mic is not detected in-game
Game crashes (CrashDump created)
No config folder appears in %localappdata%
Tried launching with Steam as admin, VOIP launch flag, and verifying files

Additional Information

Mic works fine in all other games and in Steam voice settings.

No config folder (AppData\Local\ArmaReforger) is ever created.
