Dayz error 0x00010001 PS4

Description

On the SP and SG servers, I'm getting the error mentioned in the title in my PS4.
I spoke with my internet provider, as I was previously able to play on these servers, but now I can't. I can connect to other servers.
I tried other networks and I can connect to SP and SG servers.
I changed my IP, DNS, etc., and I still can't connect. I don't know if it's due to something specific to the game or if you know what I need to configure on my modem.

I can access all servers except Brazil SP and Singapore SG.

I've already rebooted, but the problem still persists.

Also if you temporarily disable firewall, does that help? And if not could you try to contact your ISP and ask if any ports are blocked or if your IP is blocked for certain destinations?

Sorry if I misspoke. I waited for the server to restart, and still nothing.
I finally changed the internet connection and it seems to be working. I tried my neighbor's Wi-Fi.

This Tuesday, I'm switching internet providers because the one I have now doesn't know what to do, and I don't have much knowledge of configuring my own modem.
