Allow or Create Substance Painter Workflow for Pre-Existing Models
Feedback, NormalPublic

Description

Hello,

I know this may be a longshot - but it would be exceptionally convenient to be able to import the currently in-game uniforms into Substance Painter for re-texturing. Currently, the only options for those seeking to expand upon existing in-game content for textures is to screenshot the UV map/textures and edit them with Photoshop. I've found that this diminishes texture quality severely when browsing mods that do this.

I'd love for there to be some form of in-house texturing solutions, or a workflow capability between Enfusion & Substance Painter. There are many others who want to create Cold War content(like adding patches to uniforms, US flags, et cetera) who would likewise utilize such a feature.

Thanks for reading.

For this, you would need the blank Model data and i dont think that BIS will allow the usage.
