When you are loading a mag in to a gun and you jump over or on to something, the mag falls out on the ground. This has been an issue, but now you are unable to pick up that mag.

Steps To Reproduce
Put any magazine in your hands and reload it.
Put the corresponding gun in your hands
Press Y to load the mag
Before the mag has fully been inserted in to your gun, vault over some sort of fence.
