As of late I've come to find that a good amount of players find that its appropriate to votekick players just because they are a woman, almost every single time without fail,
and the people who are getting kicked are not doing anything warranting a kick. Just people being dumb and ruining the experience for others, it's very unfortunate that the result of a votekick, bans the player for 5+ minutes, which is really unfortunate when you are trying to start a team up, or if someone is streaming on some platform somewhere. While understandably this feature helps to deter people being dumb, its also a system that is abused by the same people. I think that reforger could do without the 5 minute ban.
