AI using static machine-guns or nests never perform a needed reload action, thus they are ineffective at using these positions. This may also be the case for vehicle mounted weapons generally?

Steps To Reproduce

0. Load into game master.

  1. Place an MG nest somewhere.
  2. Place a soldier next to the nest and command him to enter it.
  3. Spawn some targets for our soldier to shoot.
  4. Observe how the soldier will just do nothing at the end of the current belt of ammo, even if there are more magazines in the position.

I actually retested it tonight and it seems to actually work, however there does seem to be some modes where the AI still doesn't reload when it should.
