The game has removable sights for rifles for each faction. They have a certain zoom level, the ability to adjust it and are removable from the weapon rail.
Add the ability to use the scope as "binoculars" when it is removed from the weapon, use it as a separate item. 
 Purpose: the ability to use the sight as a separate item, in the role of binoculars with the ability to place the sight in the binocular slot in the inventory.
