Firebarrel keeps burning the ground after moved / can't be moved

Description

With a firebarrel, light something on fire and let it burn. Moving the firebarrel will cause the ground where it once were to keep burning / hurting players. Firebarrel can also bug out and not be able to place or drop it from hands.
