Issue Description:
This has been an ongoing issue and is still present at 1.3 stable.
Sometimes, so not always, after deploying backpack radio you can't speak thru your own radio. You can hear ppl talking thru radio, you just can respond. You get the red icon on top of a speaker icon like you didn't have a handheld radio at all. Only respawn corrects this.

I am using PS5 and this happens to me so I presume it is platform independent bug. After 1.3 I have noticed this at least 2 times already so it might have gotten worse.
This is happening more often in 1.3 stable.
Also a variation of this bug is when the handheld radio stops working and you don't even get this red icon on top of speaker icon.
Sometimes respawn doesn't correct this, sometimes it does.
