Issue Description:
Tested the RPG-7 scope at 500 meters in a controlled environment in workbench, as well in single player using coordinates and a rangefinder mod to confirm exact range. Shooting at a BTR-70 would result in the shot always being 2-3 meters above, and never connecting with the target. (Similar with 400 meters, but shots sometimes connect)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set up a game master mode with a BRDM/BTR-70 or some object at 500 meters, getting detailed distance maybe tricky if you're not using workbench, I utilized the "Laser Rangefinder" mod from MrPotter (Tested this with both mods and no mods, still same issue)
  2. Equip RPG-7 with PGO-7 scope and load with PG-7VM round.
  3. Aim at the 500 meter marker for the PG-7VM round (left bracket, in hundreds of meters)
  4. Fire, shot consistently goes over, using workbench projectile tracing shows the trajectory.
