Specifically when using the Hashima Islands map, the server very often will crash on startup.
It is repeatable even with a vanilla installation, and happens about 50% of start requests.
It always points to 'init.c' with 'unknown module' and usually has the same identifier.
Happens regardless of OS and regardless of version. Seems to be an issue with the Hashima Islands mod itself but the admins don't know the cause so I thought I might raise it here on their behalf.
Install Hashima Islands, Hashima Assets, and SpawnerBubaku

Note my log contains a JSON error, this is 100% not the cause of the crash as it can be reproduced on a clean install with no mods
The issue is with their Central Economy setup. From what we can decipher, it is one of the behaviour groups for predators has assigned a territory but that territory has no zones. It is the territory with color -16777216.
