Steps To Reproduce
Put personal radio in a vest or backpack.
Place vest or backpack containing radio into a vehicle.
Put on Radio Pack.
Remove Radio Pack (can deploy or just put immediately back into vehicle)
Retrieve backpack or vest containing personal radio.
From that point on, radio does not operate correctly, and issue remains even after respawning.
