The SCR_CampaignBuildingObstructionExceptionComponent whitelist on the helipad composition prefabs is missing the armed Mi-8 variant.

Missing Prefab Path:

Due to this missing entry, the armed Mi-8 (Mi8MT_armed.et) cannot properly spawn on any helipads in-game, affecting gameplay in modes like Conflict.
