[SEVERE] Server badly desynchs and kicks when highly populated

Description

When the server is over 30-35 players, here is the problem that happens every day :

  • orange desynch icon on the left (consequence : player teleporting)
  • red desynch icone on the left (consequence : player teleporting)
  • random kick by the server every 5-10 minutes, potentially to reduce the lag ? (consequence : when attacked by a zombie, you get badly hurt and in a gun fight, you just die)
  • needs 1 sec to pick up items
  • players are teleporting all the time
  • zombies teleport or need time to react
  • cars are boucing and teleporting (consequence : we crash the car easily most of the time and we always crash the car when we're driving and we get kicked, (1) maybe adding a line code to the game to stop the car when the driver is kicked or (2) maybe add a line so that the server does not kick the player when kicked would greatly help ?

Basically, the server is over populated (35+/60) in the afternoon, every evening and the week-end : saturday and sunday. I just want to let you know that the experience is greatly negatively impacted for all players as the the kicks are massive (sometimes we are 10 - 20 in the queue to rejoin), the desynch is for everybody on the server.

I'd like to know, as a real question : Are the developers working on a patch for this lag ? we haven't got any fix so far as the server wiped almost two weeks ago.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with how often players are getting kicked and experiencing severe desync issues. The teleporting, lag, and vehicle crashes make it nearly unplayable at high server populations. Your suggestion about stopping the car when a driver is kicked makes a lot of sense and could help prevent unnecessary crashes. Hopefully, the devs acknowledge this issue and provide a fix soon. Have they given any response or updates on a potential patch?
