It happens on specific server i have tried both launchers DZLA and DayZ its self. The owener of the server has no issues joining or any of the other players

As I have mentioned, seems like an issue with the modded content. You could try reinstall all the mods, if that does not work you can try to ask the server owner to delete your character in case some modded item glitched your character.
