Steps To Reproduce
Load up game via steam loader, use push to talk (icon appears as normal) - no other players can hear me speak // tried to increase speaking range, no luck

it was a windows setting for microphones that got reset when i added new creative pebble pro pc computers (that have a microphone jack).... you're welcome for solving the problem.
