I don't know if the devs know about this problem, no patch so far after that time but I'll post it anyway : playing on EU 1203, with a ping of 21ms and 36 players, the server desynchs all the time which makes the game unplayable, picking up items is laggy (need 1 sec or more sometimes to pick it up). We get this orange or red desynch icon on the left all the time. We get kicked by the server but it seems playable at night when low pop. It's a massive problem as me, my friend an other guy we were talking to got kicked every 5 or 10 minutes at the same time.
