**Issue Description: *Consol players and PC players using a controller are i urgent need to be able to adjust deadzone minimal input on right (why not both sticks)*. Might as well add deadzone stick max to. This is superimportant to be able to efficiently aim in the game.

This is a hugh improvement for everyone playing on a controller and will bring a big enjoyment to a lot of players, especially on console.

Please consider adding this quality to life improvement!
